How Does an Inline Air Filter Work?

Inline air filters are engineered for seamless integration into compressed air piping systems, HVAC ducts, or pneumatic equipment, trapping and removing solid particles, oil aerosols, water droplets, and chemical vapors before they can cause damage or reduce air quality.

Initially, compressed air passes through a mesh pre-filter, which traps larger particles and initiates liquid coalescence. The condensed liquid droplets move into a separation chamber, allowing them to aggregate and settle, and the resulting larger droplets are guided to the drain.
